The Opus Cube
You were exploring and stumbled upon this cube in the forest. For some reason you really want to see what's inside it. Luckily there is a pickaxe near it!
Warning:
If you're having problems running the web build it's highly recommended that you download it instead. The windows version is much better!

Here I was wondering how the cat feels chasing that laser until I played this.
Then I hear footsteps behind me and I'm like: "oh someone is coming to help!"...
...I couldn't be more right. He helped me and we finished the game together. Then I tried again and went all the way into the night. Felt like an old west prospectors when I hear Mr Thumpy 😶🌫️ behind me again. I chased him away with my trusty pickaxe ⛏️: "The gold is Miiiiine, Mr Thumpy!" I yield. He went away but the bastard waited when I was all tired in a dark and had let go of my mouse to have a sip of refreshment... ...

...I only heard what could be described as cry of joy when he got ma' gold and the world went dark again. 💀💀

For being unfinished and for being made for a gamejam this was absolutely solid! Oh my god just how terrifying this is especially when you get to the second stage of breaking down the cube and continue on. This had my heart going pretty good haha! Solid work indeed even if unfinished! Made a video on it.

was a fun little experience, ending was a bit of a wet fart though, loved the build up and tension
Thanks for playing! We understand that the ending isn't great. We didn't have enough time to add in the 2nd map during the jam sadly. But we plan to add in what's missing within a week or so.
